Effective 1 November 2026. These terms govern use of Resuto’s public marketing website.
Identity and roles
Resuto is the name of a restaurant technology product developed by a five-member university project team. Top Handles LLC, incorporated in Wyoming, USA in 2025 with operations coordinated from Egypt, joined NVIDIA Inception in November 2026 and is the project’s business contact. This description does not establish employment, ownership or registered-trademark relationships among the company, team or product, and membership does not imply NVIDIA investment, certification or endorsement.
Public information
Site content describes the product and is not a binding offer. Product availability, implementation, integrations and final pricing require a separate written agreement identifying the contracting parties.
Pricing and providers
Published prices are launch prices and may be updated. Payment gateway, delivery, WhatsApp, SMS and advertising fees are charged by their providers and are not included in a Resuto subscription unless agreed in writing.
Acceptable use
You may use the public site to evaluate the product. You may not attempt to access non-public systems or disrupt the service. These terms do not allocate ownership of brand assets, designs, text or software, or claim registered-trademark status.
